DELIVERY
We dispatch orders to the UK and worldwide Monday to Friday (unless otherwise stated) via all main courier companies.
All items are dispatched on the same day as receipt of clear payment or at the latest the following day depending on what time the order was made.
All orders are dispatched via signed for services (unless otherwise stated).
Due to all orders being sent this way customers must be aware that they need to make arrangements to take delivery of their order. This means that somebody will need to be present at the delivery address to take the order in.
The item/s in the order must be checked at the time of delivery for damage before a signature is given to the courier. If not, the insurance cover provided by the courier company is invalid.
All delivery information provided by the customer must be up to date and in full.
If an order is to be shipped to a business address then a full business name and contact name must be provided along with a complete address, post code and a valid contact number (preferably a mobile).
All our UK shipping charges are for UK mainland delivery addresses. If an order needs to be delivered to a UK offshore, Highlands or Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or Channel Islands address an extra delivery charge will be incurred, which must be paid before the order can be shipped. The delivery time may also be longer than the standard next working day delivery service due to where the address is located.
Some European and International shipments may also incur similar charges if the delivery address is in a “Remote area” or “Extended area zone”.
If there are any extra charges due to where a delivery address is, these will be confirmed to the customer before an order is processed and shipped.
Orders being shipped to international delivery addresses will incur import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The courier company used to ship the order will contact the customer regarding any customs clearance and duty payments required.
Certain orders may not be able to be shipped to a customer’s delivery address due to where the address is and the courier services that are available for that area.
We will always contact the customer with full details before an order is processed and shipped and if any extra charges are incurred these must be paid before we can process and ship the order.
If a customer has any specific delivery requirements for an order, please contact us and we will do our very best to help and assist.
If there is any issue with a delivery, the customer must report this via our “Contact us” page, quoting their name and order number.
All delivery information provided by the customer must be up to date and in full. If an order is to be shipped to a business address then a full business name and contact name must be provided along with a complete address, post code and a valid contact number (preferably a mobile).
SECURE PAYMENT
Using Visa/Mastercard/Paypal
Payments can be made via PayPal, debit or credit card.
Orders cannot be dispatched until clear payment has been received.
Returns & cancellations:
All goods sold on our website are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
An order can be cancelled at any time in writing before it has been processed/dispatched.
Any order required to be cancelled after dispatch will be treated as a return.
Return of items not required within the 14-day return period.
A customer can cancel an order up to and including the 14th day from the date their goods were delivered. The cancellation must be made in writing to sales@ncamotors.com and a return number will be issued.
Please be aware that an order cannot be cancelled after it has been dispatched and is in transit.
In this instance the cancellation will be treated as a return.
In this eventuality a refund will be provided when the goods have been received and the return has been processed.
The customer must return the goods immediately at their own cost (shipping charges are non-refundable) with the return number provided by us and to the stated return delivery address.
All goods returned must be accompanied by a returns number and a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.
The customer must also make sure that all goods are returned complete, unused, undamaged or modified and in their original packaging. The items must be well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The customer should insure them accordingly with the carrier they use and obtain proof of shipment.
Please note that any items received that are not in the condition supplied at the point of sale and/or with their original packaging damaged, dirty or with tape on, will be rejected as they will not be suitable for resale.
If any returns are received like this, we will not be able to issue a refund for the specific item/s and they may be returned to the customer.
No responsibility can be accepted by us for goods received in damaged.
Returns are not permitted on parts specially ordered in by us from other suppliers on a customer's behalf unless there are faulty.
Other returns
Any other returns will be dealt with in accordance with the customers statutory rights, if applicable and it is at our discretion to refund or exchange a part/s after the 14-day return period.
Any warranty return will be treated as a normal return explained above, but it will be necessary for the part/s to be sent to the supplier of them for full inspection. If the supplier finds the part/s valid under warranty, we will confirm what options the they have provided.
Incorrect items despatched
It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes the wrong item/s are sent to a customer. If this happens the customer must notify us as soon as possible in writing so that we can arrange the collection of the new and unused goods. The customer will then be given the option of the correct item/s or a full refund once the goods have been received back and checked.
We understand that sometimes a part/s may be required urgently so we can send out a replacement immediately if the incorrect part/s were dispatched originally, but payment will need to be taken for the part/s before we can do this.
As soon as the incorrect part/s dispatched have been received back and checked, we will issue a refund for the extra payment made.
Returns of old exchange units
If an item is sold on an exchange basis the old unit must be returned to us within the stated time frame in our listing. These are normally 7 or 14 days from date of delivery.
Please contact us prior to returning the old exchange unit, so that we can provide you with all the details required to proceed.
All exchange units must be returned complete and be received in a serviceable condition.
Any items not received in this way will incur a surcharge to be paid if one hasn’t already.
Any issues found with an exchange unit will be reported to the customer in full.
All exchange units must be fully drained of all oil (if applicable) before being returned to us.
Failure to comply with the above explained may result in a charge for any costs incurred. It may also result in an exchange unit rejection and/or a surcharge may not be refunded.
